Jim Petrick – Chief Problem Solver

Jim Petrick is a former Cruise Director who jumped ship to obtain a Ph.D. in Tourism Marketing.  This change in career gives Jim the rare perspective of knowing what questions practitioners have, while being able to use academic knowledge and tools to assist in answering them. In the past eight years, Jim has conducted research for more than twenty different state tourism agencies, and 15 major Convention & Visitors Bureaus.  Jim knows DMO’s.  Beyond DMO’s, Jim has also conducted tourist behavior research for the National Park System, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Holland America Cruise Line, and numerous others.

Jeremy Taylor – Chief Imaginator

Jeremy Taylor is an entrepreneur, who by the time he was 27, had two professional service companies under his belt (SoluServ - a web solution and service company and Taylored Ideas - a marketing company).  He graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. With this background and a savvy communication ability, Jeremy has enhanced the image of several businesses and has increased their visibility and sales. By doing so, he has developed a better understanding of what is presently required for marketing in today's technology environment. His natural tendency to successfully complete all tasks at hand is only surpassed by his motivation for customer gratification.
